for the transferee is providing a timely sale of the present home,
while minimizing the amount of days the transferee's home is on the
market - equaling more dollars in your pocket! Our relocation team
will provide professional real estate consulting with the transferee
and/or employer, while developing a home marketing strategy, cost
analysis, and a comprehensive market analysis to facilitate an efficient
and cost affective selling process for the transferee and employer.
Your initial contact will be with one of our Relocation Specialists who will work with the transferee to develop and implement a home buying strategy that is based around the transferee's specific needs. The relocation specialist will talk with you about your individual or family's needs and requirements, your new employment or retirement location, acceptable commute time, the time frame for your purchase, school and neighborhood information, and any other areas of concern that you may have. Quality Estate Properties can also refer you to a senior loan consultant at our mortgage company, Quality Financial Services, to provide you with comprehensive financing information. At your request we will provide you a detailed relocation package covering all your family needs and requirements.
Mortgage Assistance/Consulting -
Our mortgage company, Quality Financial Services will work with the transferee and provide consulting on specific loan programs based on the transferee's needs and short/long-term goals. The mortgage consultant will provide the transferee with pre-qualification and pre-approval assistance, while overseeing the daily activities involved in funding the loan in a timely matter to close escrow on the transferee's new home. Rental Housing/Short Term Housing -
Quality Estate Properties understands the difficulties and stress involved in relocating to a new area, especially when the employee is pressed for time. That is why Quality Estate Properties is committed to helping the employee/employer locate and secure rental property or short-term housing. Q.E.P.'s Relocation Specialist will provide the employee/employer with a list of available rental properties and guide them through the transaction process and signing of the lease. Our goal is to have the transferee settled in their home as quickly as possible, while saving the transferee and employer thousands of dollars in temporary hotel costs. The other alternative for corporations is short-term furnished leases. This is an option that Q.E.P can help facilitate to suite the needs of the employee and their family.

Area Tours & Orientation Services -
Quality Estate Properties can provide an area tour for the potential transferee and family upon request. An area tour will be conducted by one of our relocation and area specialists. The relocation specialists will help you get acquainted with your desired communities, and surrounding areas; schools, shopping centers and malls, parks, airports, beaches, and recreational facilities. If the transferee desires, the relocation specialist can provide a digital video camera so the transferee can capture their day and look back for future reference. Q.E.P. understands that it is very difficult to retain a large amount of information in such a short period of time and their are always times when a family member is not able to be apart of the area tour.
